Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for a Salaried GP to join our experienced and diverse clinical team over a four month period May to September. To cover the remaining maternity leave of an existing GP we are confident that whilst the position is for a short period of time the experience of working in a well run, highly supportive environment will be beneficial to any experienced or newly qualified GP. We were an early adopter of Total Triage and operate an efficient Modern GP Practice model, demonstrating low patient call wait times, high appointment availability and very positive patient feedback. We show case our Triaging system to other practices as an example of a well run Duty Dr System. We are a friendly, high achieving, innovative practice operating over two sites with a list size of just over 12,000 patients. One site is in the picturesque market town of Wem and the second a dispensing branch in the village of Prees. Both sites have free parking. We offer a supportive working environment; clinicians meet for coffee after morning surgery each day and we are proud of our reputation as an excellent training practice for Registrars and Medical students. We currently have seven experienced GP Partners and three Salaried GP's and are a military veteran practice. Using EMIS Web, are high QOF achievers and have a good CQC rating.
