We are looking for Housekeeping Attendants to be part of our distinguished housekeeping team at the Marine Troon to deliver an outstanding experience to our guests and support the Housekeeping team. Reporting into the Executive Housekeeper you will be responsible for: Consistently delivering and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, room preparation and presentation throughout the Hotel, including deep cleaning exercises Taking huge pride in ensuring the cleanliness, presentation and hygiene of your allocated rooms, corridors, service and public areas are always achieved Restocking and replacing items in guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas, making sure our guests have everything they need, in advance of their arrival or return to their room Servicing our guest bedrooms and bathrooms by making beds professionally following our procedures clearly and attentively; cleaning all surfaces and floors; showers, baths, basins and toilets, all of this to the highest standard Vacuuming bathrooms, bedrooms floors, corridors, stairs, and lifts to remove all debris; checking the vacuum cleaner each week; expertly using the correct cleaning materials for each task Performing any other duties as advised by the Senior Housekeeping team Deliver consistently high standards of cleanliness, look after guests needs and maintain a polite and courteous attitude Provide an excellent guest experience Reporting any defects such as faults and any areas of concern Requirements Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is advantageous but not essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service to guests. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift, including lifting and moving items as needed. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required by the hotel’s operational needs.
