Salary: £47,683-£52,426 (dependent on skills and experience)
What you'll be doing:
* Applies knowledge, skills and training to deliver the information technology solutions required to allow the business to meet its strategic and tactical goals.
* Supports the full systems development lifecycle undertaking application and interface design, architecture, implementation and testing in accordance with the relevant processes and quality requirements.
* Utilises component specifications for implementation using selected products. Maintains an awareness of developing practices and their application.
* Performs a range of work, sometimes complex and non-routine, in a variety of environments. Applies a methodical approach to routine and moderately complex issue definition and resolution.
* Carries out agreed operational procedures, including infrastructure configuration, installation and maintenance.
* Develops and maintain relationships with stakeholders to meet their requirements, including one to one liaison, setting expectations.
* Has a wide experience in diagnosing and resolving incidents and problems and their trends.
* Coordinates and delivers IT activities/projects aligning to IT preferred methodology.

Essential:
* Exostar for BAE F-35 supplier MAG details and users accounts.
* BAE ForumPass 7 US.
* Olympia drive file systems.
* SharePoint Site admin.
Desirable:
* F-35 Team Database.
* InfoPath request forms.
* In person proofing.

Manufacturing Systems Competency Centre:
As an Application Support Engineer, the primary role is to provide first line support to F35 Exostar instance & F35 end users & IIP supply chain, assist in all UAT for MAG & software upgrades. Also providing support to Olympia drive file systems, SharePoint Site admin & F-35 Team Database.
