We have an opportunity for a part time (14 hours per week) Business Information Care Contracts Officer to join our team at our Head Office in Hemel Hempstead. This will be working two days each week and we can be flexible on the days to be worked. As part of this role you will be responsible for the invoicing of our care and supported housing contracts and managing financial information and ensuring that all monies due to Hightown are invoiced and reconciled on a regular basis. This will include processing incoming payment schedules from external partners, ensuring that our database matches the payments and raising invoices and reconciling payments. You will also manage and report on accruals for contracts that have not been invoiced but for which the association expects payment and to report monthly on those accruals to our accounts department. The successful candidate will have :- Experience and be a confident user of Microsoft Office packages, databases and financial reports Have good verbal and written communication Have strong numerical skills Good customer focused telephone manner and be able to deal with queries and complaints Experience of extracting reports from ICT based systems Experience of providing information to customers and dealing with complex queries About Us Hightown is a charitable housing association operating principally in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.
