Assistant Building Manager

Hexagon Group are delighted to be working with an established property management company who have an exciting requirement for an Assistant Building Manager to be based at a multi–tenanted office building in central Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a key point of contact for any tenant queries
2. Completing health & safety reports and responding to any health & safety issues that may arise
3. Supervising on–site service partners
4. Overseeing Reception
5. Supporting the Building Manager with the production and management of the service charge budget
6. Launching tenant engagement activities and communicating these throughout the building
7. Deputising for the Building Manager when they are absent
Experience you will need for this role:
Ideally you will have previous experience working within the property management field, particularly in a multi–tenanted commercial building. You might be an aspiring Facilities Co–ordinator, Assistant Facilities Manager, or an Assistant Building/Property Manager.
