Robert Half are actively seeking a seasoned and enthusiastic Change Lead to join a Cambridgeshire-based educational establishment on an interim basis. The role will predominantly focus on the management of change and confronting challenging individuals. A key aspect of this role is the ability to travel to the office and work onsite at least three days per week.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and deliver the change strategy that aligns with institutional objectives.
* Liaise with stakeholders in facilitating understanding, commitment, and acceptance of change.
* Employ the Prosci ADKAR model for the management and execution of change processes.
* Conduct clear, impactful communications with relevant parties.
* Identify and minimise risks associated with proposed changes.
* Develop and implement bespoke training sessions and workshops.
* Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
* Influence stakeholders at all levels within the institution to manage resistance to change.
Requirements:
* Proven professional experience as a Change Manager or similar in an educational context.
* Previous success in working with challenging individuals and managing resistance.
* Solid understanding of the Prosci ADKAR model.
* Strong understanding of individuals' responses to change, and the process of transition.
* Demonstrable ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
* Excellent influencing, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Capacity to analyse situations and data to make sound decisions.
* Strong resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to maintain consistent performance in pressurised environments.
* Exceptional skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
* Able to travel to and work from the office location at least three days per week.
