Team Leader - DX Operations
Leading by example, the team leader will provide first-line management to staff within the DX operation. The role requires the ability to supervise team members, identify training needs, and support the shift manager in running the operation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Shift Manager in achieving operational productivity and KPI targets by communicating key performance targets to all staff levels.
2. Lead resources to meet productivity targets and foster positive working relationships to develop staff skills.
3. Oversee induction and ongoing training for new and existing staff.
4. Support high standards of health and safety within the site.
5. Promote a positive working environment that delivers excellent customer service and maximizes revenue.
Additional Information
Previous supervisory or team leader experience in logistics or warehouse environments is preferred, but attitude is essential. Comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.
