What you’ll do
The role responsibilities include:
* Demonstrate full commitment to health and safety, providing safety leadership to the project team.
* Engage and lead multi-disciplinary, multi-location project team members, defining roles, responsibilities, and performance targets.
* Set clear project objectives, including scope, schedule, productivity, and budget targets.
* Ensure adherence to Worley and/or customer methodologies, processes, tools, and compliance requirements throughout the project.
* Oversee project execution by applying knowledge of engineering, procurement, quality control, and other disciplines.
* Manage project contract details, ensuring effective project oversight and delivery.
* Track project cost, schedule, and design deliverables, using analytical skills to forecast trends and end of phase/project outcomes.
* Ensure proper change control and understand contract terms.
* Onboard sub-contractors and execution contractors and manage them to achieving project objectives.
What you’ll have
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
* Based in, or willingness to relocate to Newcastle, NSW.
* Ability to travel and spend time onsite, often 2-3 days week with the potential for fulltime at peak project activity.
* Demonstrated PM experience leading small and medium projects or portions of large projects.
* Experience working in an EPCM and EPC contracting model.
* Brownfields project delivery experience, including having spent significant periods of time onsite.
* Advanced understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field.
* Can organise information from many sources and retain as per the prescribed format and policies.
