Job Title: Retail Shift Manager
A competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts.
We are looking for a reliable and organised individual to join our team as a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl. As a key member of the store team, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards and ensuring the smooth operation of the shop floor.
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to motivate and support your team, learn from our Leadership and Company Principles, and take responsibility for managing operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
You will be responsible for handling freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for every customer who visits your store.
To be successful in this role, you will need experience leading a team to achieve targets in a bustling, fast-paced environment, with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team.
You must also possess patience and a friendly manner, with the ability to keep calm in any situation, and a passion to thrive as a key part of the Store Team.
