We provide tailored rapid-response and planned housing maintenance services to meet the needs of over 70 local authorities, Management Organisations and Housing Associations partners. About the Role:
We are now seeking a Facilities Operative (Ground Maintenance) to join our team, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
As a Facilities Operative (Ground Maintenance), you will be carrying out all aspects of ground maintenance from grass cutting, hedge pruning, and weed control across our portfolio of properties. You will work from ‘job’ to ‘job’ on your planned route, performing a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks. You’ll need plenty of previous experience and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude to excel in this role. Meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key. Our sub-office is based in Peterborough, and you'll be expected to cover the Peterborough area.
Role Criteria:
* Full UK Driving experience
* Determined ‘can-do’ attitude, positive views when faced with challenges, and a flexible approach towards hours and tasks.
* Experience within Social Housing
