ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to successful company expansion, our client is recruiting permanently for a Site Administrator to provide administrative support on 2-3 projects throughout Central London with values ranging from £2M – £20M. As a Site Administrator, you will be a key member of the team, working in a busy, fast paced environment and the requirement will cover different areas of projects including general administration, operations, purchasing and finance.
As a Site Administrator, you will be based on sites throughout zone 1 and your main duties will include, but not be limited to the below:
1. Inputting waste notes onto SMARTWASTE
2. Delivery and invoice matching on COINs
3. Dealing with timesheets, filing, printing documents, laminating, photocopying/scanning documents and uploading all site paperwork
4. Assisting site team with helping produce documents
5. Dealing with disconnections on site (water/electric/gas)
6. Meeting and greeting clients
7. Maintaining drawings
8. Document control (Aconex, Asite etc)
9. Undertaking administrative tasks to support project sites
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have good communication skills, have previous experience of working on construction sites and be proficient in all Microsoft packages.
