At our Fraserburgh service, we support 4 ladies who live in their own homes to live as independently as possible. The ladies we support have learning disabilities and would benefit greatly from staff who are proactive, fun and understanding. They enjoy a wide range of different activities, like movie nights, arts and crafts, gaming and board games, bingo nights, going for walks and indoor BBQs. They’re always up for trying new things, so are looking for inventive people who are up for the challenge. Our staff team are very supportive and experienced and provide support with: • Medication administration • Moving and positioning • Cooking and home maintenance • Social support and support to achieve personal goals • Managing the finances of the people we support Our team provide support 24 hours a day, so we ask for flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days and sleepovers and some weekends. Our shift patterns can vary but are generally: - 7.30am - 3.30pm - 3pm - 11pm - 11pm - 7.30am (sleepover) We are currently recruiting for a Bank Workers. “Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them.
