As an Operational Support Coordinator, youll work closely with the management team within the shop providing support on instore projects, activities, and personnel related tasks. You'll also play an active role in recruitment for the shop, helping to facilitate assessment centres and interviews.
The work you do will play a big part in ensuring other Partners can be on the shop floor offering the best shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering accurate, timely Partner information which supports shop operations, ensuring personnel activities are completed appropriately and effectively.
- Providing administrative support to the shop.
- Supporting managers in ensuring a safe working/shopping environment is adhered to.
- Facilitate and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the shop including interviews and processing offers of employment.
- Handling confidential personnel information in a sensitive and confidential way.
- Providing and managing Partner-related data to ensure that legal requirements are met and that the support provided adds value.
