What you'll do:
* Provide first-line HR advice and support on employee relations matters such as absence, performance, grievances, and disciplinaries under the guidance of the HR Manager.
* Ensure compliance with Right to Work and DBS checks and maintain accurate employee records.
* Support HR project work, deliver insightful reports, and assist with payroll and time management systems.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and promote Sodexo's brand and Positive Impact initiatives across the business.
What you bring:
* CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) with GCSEs/A-Levels.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
* High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
* A good working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office.
