Role Overview
The heart of the Tradepoint counter, you’ll engage with all kinds of trade members daily. You’ll take ownership of your TradePoint members, getting to know them and their businesses through meaningful conversations. This positions you well to recommend the right products and services for them.
What We Need
A great communicator and team player who can work well with colleagues and customers. You should adapt your approach to different situations, build relationships with customers, and identify new business opportunities. You’ll enjoy helping trade members find value through promotions and signing up for our trade loyalty scheme. Continuous development of your skills through training and learning from others is important to you. You should be flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
