Job summary We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at Chaddesley Corbett Surgery. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk service. You will also support the administrative needs of the practice, contributing to the smooth operation of daily activities. Main duties of the job Greet and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals in a courteous manner. Handle incoming calls, manage appointment bookings, and respond to patient enquiries. Register new patients and update patient records in the system. Process and file incoming documents, emails, and referrals. Support administrative tasks, including photocopying, invoicing, and workflow management. Maintain confidentiality and uphold practice policies on data protection and patient care.
