Position: KS3/KS4 Cover Supervisor
Location: Bognor Regis
Hours: Full time
Salary: £90-£120 per day

Role Overview
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the role of supporting classroom learning by overseeing lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
Your responsibilities will include:
6. Deliver pre-prepared lessons and activities as directed by teaching staff.
7. Manage student behaviour effectively, promoting positive engagement and adherence to school policies.
8. Collaborate with teaching staff and senior leadership to uphold educational standards and contribute to the overall success of the school.
9. Support the academic and personal development of students by fostering a culture of respect, inclusivity, and cooperation.
Requirements:
10. Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and engage students.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Flexibility and adaptability to work across various subject areas and year groups.
13. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to follow pre-prepared lesson plans.
14. A passion for education and a commitment to student welfare and achievement.
