The role
Are you a Power Platform or Dynamics 365 Developer who knows your way around a sprint? Our client is looking for a Developer with strong Agile experience to join their IT Solutions Development Team on a fixed term contract of at least 12 months. Someone who is excited to work with modern technologies and is motivated by building new software and applications that meet unique user needs.
Our client has embraced Agile and Scrum methodologies, so if you’re someone who enjoys these practices and has a flair for managing sprints, they'd love to chat. Even better if you’re already a Scrum Master!
However, you won't just be a developer. You’ll also be an advocate for the team's applications, collaborating closely with stakeholders, understanding their challenges and demonstrating how their solutions can make stakeholders' lives easier. If you can explain complex concepts in a way that resonates, and want to build strong relationships across the business, this role will fit you like a glove.
Our client has a huge focus on personal development and you will be encouraged to take on a specialism within the team, with plenty of resources and support to bolster your skillset and grow as a developer.
They value collaboration and get together in the office on Wednesdays, but outside of that you can work where you want, and you’ll have the autonomy and freedom to approach problems how you see fit.
What are they looking for?

2. Agile experience (scrums, sprints and retrospectives).
3. Strong, demonstrable problem-solving, analytical, lateral thinking, troubleshooting, and investigation skills.
4. Knowledge of source control (Git).
5. Experience with Azure DevOps for managing workflows.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, able to empathize and develop relationships.
7. Able to work autonomously; self-motivated, organized, and able to take responsibility for planning own tasks and delivering outcomes.
Why join them?
Their main benefits include:
1. 27 days holiday plus bank holidays.
2. Mintago Benefits Platform - including 24/7 virtual GP appointments, financial advice, discounts, pension finder, and free counselling services.
3. 2 paid gifted days; one for your birthday and one over Christmas.
4. Buy/sell up to 1 week's holiday.
5. Life assurance.
6. Hybrid and flexible working opportunities.
7. Competitive enhanced pension scheme. You pay 4%, we pay 9%.
8. Cycle to work scheme.
