3. Define monthly country and customer level allocations based on the analysis of legal entity sales and VPD.
4. Schedule and lead monthly consensus meetings with the key ESMP stakeholders to assess targeted objectives, analyze the voice of customers and validate the allocations propositions.
5. Coordinate the upload of the allocations in SAP in collaboration with the O2C Master Data Team.
6. Cooperate with and support O2C operational teams, seek input about customer-facing interactions, and provide guidance in case of escalations.
7. Support the ECC O2C Order Management team in the daily application of the ESMP process to the order submitted to BMS across EMEA.
8. Serve as escalation point for complex customer interactions related to the ESMP program.
9. Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports to assess the effectiveness of the ESMP program and the achievement of the performance targets.

4. Ability to articulate complex processes and procedures to stakeholders from various areas and levels of expertise.
5. Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations and an understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level), including complex data management and analysis.
