If this position is not filled internally it may be re-advertised openly. LI-DNI The RNLI is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a busy Creative Services management team. As well as managing a high performing team they will be key to the successful running of our award winning department. The successful candidate will have experience working within a creative agency environment. We’re looking for someone who can work at a fast pace and sees the opportunities our projects present. Interrogating briefs is a big part of the role, as is being the voice of the client through creative development. This role will play an integral role in our planning process and will have the confidence to liaise and advise senior stakeholders within the charity. We're a full-service agency, so you will need to be comfortable working across a range of Marketing comms, from print and DM, to email, digital, film and content. You’ll need to have the ability to hold engaging meetings as well as having the confidence and gravitas to have challenging conversations.
