We are currently helping our client expand their Sales Support Team. As a Sales Support Administrator your main responsibilities include: Raising Quotes/ Proformas - Stock & outsourcing non-stock Handling incoming calls from customers in a polite and professional manner, always providing a high level of customer service Processing orders - Stock & non-stock Raising basic credits Managing and maintaining the data in our ERP and Website systems General tasks and reporting related to order processing, quoting, data management and analysis Investigate and resolve interdepartmental and system queries You must have: Excellent attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. Good organisational and time management skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.
