Job Title: Recruitment Advisor
Contract: 6 Months
Location: B37 Birmingham
Salary: £16.41 per hour PAYE (Equivalent to £33,000 per year)
About the Role:
We are recruiting for a leading player in the construction industry, known for their commitment to quality and innovation. Their projects span various sectors, including commercial, residential, and infrastructure. We are seeking a motivated and experienced In-House Recruiter to join our team for a 6-month contract, with the potential for a permanent position. This role is critical in supporting our recruitment efforts to attract top talent across various functions, particularly in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and on boarding.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Utilise various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
* Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an in-house recruitment role, ideally within the construction industry or a similar field.
* Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
