Customer Service Administrator

Overview:
365 People are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our client’s warehouse team. This role involves liaising between customers, warehouse staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse processes, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Communication:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
* Provide timely and accurate information regarding order status, inventory levels, shipping schedules, and product availability.
* Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
2. Order Management:
* Oversee the processing of customer orders within the warehouse system, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping.
* Track and monitor order status, ensuring all orders are fulfilled on time.
* Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand.
3. Data Entry & Reporting:
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and issues in the CRM system.
* Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on customer service performance, order status, and inventory levels for management.
* Manage customer account and invoice accordingly
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment.
* Experience of working in a general administration role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
* Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
* Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
* Basic knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
