Senior Operations Administrator About the Role A rapidly growing organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Administrator to support the board of Directors and wider business in a fast-paced environment. This newly created role will provide high-level administrative and organisational support, covering diary management, procurement, compliance and health & safety coordination. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and able to prioritise effectively while working across multiple business functions. Event Coordination – Plan internal events, book venues, and manage invitations. Procurement & Supplier Management – Handle procurement, ensuring cost efficiency. Vendor & Meeting Room Coordination – Organise vendor visits, meeting rooms, and catering. Company Car Fleet Management – Track vehicle orders, MOTs, servicing, and mileage. Insurance & Compliance Support – Maintain insurance records and assist with surveys. Statutory Inspections – Ensure scheduled compliance-related inspections are completed. Board & Leadership Support – Take meeting minutes and track action points. Health & Safety Oversight – Coordinate H&S activities and reporting. Risk & Compliance Assistance – Support compliance functions and policy adherence. ISO Certification Support – Assist in maintaining certification and business policies. Person Specification Proven experience as a Senior Administrator / Office Manager / Operations Administration / Senior Co-Ordinator experience, ideally working closely with Senior Stakeholders / Directors in a business Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and proactively. High levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
