Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Care Supervisor located in London. The Field Care Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the care provided to clients, conducting assessments, creating care plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services.

The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of care services at Loyal Care. This role includes promoting and selling services, producing accurate care worker schedules, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. The team Leader will work closely with care workers, service users, and office staff to provide high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promotion and Sales:
- Actively promote and sell Loyal Care's services to potential clients and stakeholders.
2. Scheduling:
- Produce accurate care worker rotas on a weekly basis, ensuring all calls are covered.
- Ensure all client visits are always covered and allocate suitable alternative care workers when necessary.
- Identify care workers to cover absences due to sickness or holidays.
3. Compliance and Confidentiality:
- Observe legislative requirements according to the Working Time Regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of Service Users and Care Workers in accordance with Loyal Care’s policies.
4. Matching and Allocation:
- Accurately and appropriately match Care Workers to Service Users.
- Liaise closely with care coordinators in relation to recruitment, allocation of care workers, and the development of care and support plans.
5. Office Management:
- Become competent in all areas of office management, with exceptions only at the Registered Manager's discretion.
6. Conflict Resolution:
- Assist with resolving issues between Care Workers and Service Users effectively on a daily basis.
7. Communication:
- Communicate and liaise with all office personnel, social workers, Service Users, and Care Workers.
8. On-Call Duties:
- Assist with “on call” duties during weekends, weekday nights, and bank holidays on a rota basis.
9. Client Assessments and Reviews:
- Carry out client assessments for new clients, including risk assessments as part of the assessment process.
- Regularly monitor and review clients, updating documentation and support plans as required.
10. Induction and Training:
- Be actively involved with the induction of all new care workers.
- Identify any additional training needs of care workers.
11. Support and Supervision:
- Monitor, supervise, and mentor all care workers in the field.
- Provide support to all care workers in the field.
12. Documentation and Reporting:
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation held in clients’ homes.
- Ensure all written reports and administrative tasks are up to date.
- Regularly audit MAR Charts and Communication Records.
13. Additional Duties:
- Undertake any other duties in line with the basic objectives of the post.
Working Conditions:
- This role may require flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of the on-call rota.
- The role involves both office-based work and field visits to clients' homes.
