Key Responsibilities As an Ecommerce Web Analyst, you will work within the optimisation team to: Web Funnel Analysis: Evaluate performance at every stage of the ecommerce funnel, identify risks/opportunities, and forecast value impacts. Merchandising Analysis: Analyse key content and merchandising spots, identify trends, and recommend strategies for personalisation and performance improvements. Behaviour Analysis: Assess user interactions, including search and filtering behaviors, to understand intent and pinpoint optimisation opportunities. SEO Analysis: Review and report on rankings, identify technical SEO improvements, and discover opportunities for growth in search traffic. Optimisation and Experimentation: Design, coordinate, and measure experiments to enhance conversion rates and user experience. User Research: Leverage surveys, session recordings, and user feedback to develop actionable personas and inform merchandising, marketing, and product strategies. Your Experience The ideal candidate will bring: Proficiency in Google Analytics (especially GA4) with a strong focus on behavior analysis. Hands-on experience with BigQuery and SQL is highly desirable. Strong understanding of tagging and tracking, including Google Tag Manager (server-side GTM experience is a bonus). Familiarity with SEO analysis tools and techniques. Experience with Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) processes and tools.
