We need you to be resilient, person-centred, supportive and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people and have a background in supporting autistic people in previous roles within a social care environment. Requirements: QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, Previous experience of Leadership or Management Experiences of working with Autistic Adults. Qualification in Positive Behavioural Support would be desirable or the willingness to work towards one. Full UK driving licence as you are required to travel to all services in the Neath.
