About the Role:
Senior Conference Producer: Strategic research, content creation, copy writing, stakeholder management
* Researching trends, markets and key audiences – online, on the phone (mainly) and face to face
* Generating and validating your own conference topics and working with the topic and senior leadership team in developing our portfolios
* Writing content and programmes based on in-depth research into market, audience sentiment and customer needs in varied sectors
* Proactively building a leads database from multiple sources for both research and speaker invitations
* Recruiting the best speakers and case studies per sector
* Collaborating, briefing and overall project management
* Writing compelling and irresistible copy and marketing campaigns
* Running the conference on the day itself in an exciting and live environment (in person and virtually)
Who is our ideal candidate?
* It’s all about attitude – positive, professional and passionate!
* Graduates educated to degree level (Minimum 2:1) and possessing a commercial mindset, with at least 1 years’ conference production experience
* A strong work ethic and the ability to hit deadlines and juggle multiple priorities – how are your time management skills?
* A start-up mentality of getting stuck in and getting the job done in new and innovative ways
* Excellent communication skills, verbally and written – do you make every word count?
