As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our care team, ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care while fostering a warm, supportive environment. You will coordinate shifts, lead by example, and be responsible for your team's performance, contributing to a caring, efficient, and positive atmosphere in our home.
Our care home is set in a stunning location, in the coastal town of Elie and Earlsferry. We provide Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for 26 residents.
Your Contract Package
* Competitive Hourly Rate: £12.50 - £13.00 per hour, depending on experience
* Weekly Hours: 38.5 hours per week, with additional overtime incentives for extra hours worked

* Medication Management: Handle medication administration with trusted reliability and accuracy, maintaining meticulous records.
* Effective Communication: Engage with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and team members with respect, clarity, and friendliness.

* Visitor Interaction: Welcome and guide visitors with enthusiasm and friendliness, showing prospective residents and their families around the home.

* Documentation: Maintain detailed care plans, risk assessments, and case notes with integrity and truthfulness, ensuring they accurately reflect residents' needs and wishes.
