Job Description:
* Manage the day-to-day operational running of the estate and ensure high site standards.
* Oversee hard and soft services including PPM’s and high-level contractor management.
* Supervise contractors and service providers, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to timelines.
* Ensure all Health & Safety audits are up to date and actions are monitored and completed.
* Maintain communal areas and gardens to a high standard.
* Conduct regular inspections of communal areas to identify repair needs and health and safety risks.
* Manage day-to-day maintenance issues, liaising with contractors and stakeholders.
* Foster a positive relationship with the RMC, ensuring excellent communication.
* Manage onsite staff including task management, appraisals, training, and development.
* Address resident enquiries and build collaborative relationships.
* Proactively manage resident relationships ensuring good service and timely communication.
* Attend site/client meetings as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in the residential leasehold management sector with a good understanding of building safety.
* Knowledge of industry-related legislation and best practices.
* Experience managing contractors and service providers with knowledge of M&E and communal heating systems.
* Experience managing a small onsite team.
* Customer-oriented with a focus on service quality.
* Client-focused, flexible, organized, self-motivated, and able to work to tight deadlines.
