Able to lead congregation in regular worship and Sunday services. Capable of organising conventions, preaching and teaching the word of God accurately. Able to lead prayers and full of Holy spirit. Qualified in organising and leading rehearsals for musical performances. Able to teach music theory, technique, and performance skills to choristers and musicians. Ability to choose music for performances, recordings, and rehearsals must be quality. He must be able to lead musical performances such as with an orchestra or choir. His managerial skill to oversee music staff, budgets, and resources must be sound. Able to collaborate with staff to create new musical performances. Must be able to provide feedback to choristers and musicians on their performance. Able to work with other professionals to communicate the vision for the music. Must be a good researcher in order to stay up-to-date on developments in the music industry. He must have a qualification in music or a related field (not necessarily a university degree), with at least 4 years experience as a music director or similar role. He must possess strong leadership and communication skills. His managerial skill must extend to ability to recruit, train, and supervise musicians, singers,and other staff. He must be always available for the weekly staff meetings and ready to relocate to another station when the need arises.
