MERCHANDISING ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

THE ROLE
We are currently looking for a Merchandising Administration Assistant to join our wonderful merchandising team. This individual will provide the team with accurate and timely administration whilst aiding in the planning and trading of our business.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide admin support to the Assistant Merchandiser and Merchandiser, producing regular reports on company and channel performance (Next, John Lewis, Fenwick).
* Manage stock for channels, covering initial allocations, replenishment and recalls.
* Ensure new product launch dates are met and product presentation meets our Hush standards.
* Analyse current sales and forecasting figures to optimise sales performance.
* To be commercially aware of competitors and key trends, completing competitor analysis in each season.
THE PERSON
* A fashion, business or numerical related degree qualification or 1+ years’ experience in a similar role is preferred.
* Strong analytical, numerical and excel skills.
* Highly organised and able to prioritise and balance workload.
* Commercial knowledge with an interest in retail trading.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
