Alma Personnel are pleased to announce that they are recruiting on behalf of their Sutton based client for an experienced Accounts and Tax Administrator based on site.
In your position within the Accounts department, you will be responsible for:
1. Maintaining and organising stored data records across all offices, ensuring compliance with record retention policies.
2. Submitting accounts electronically/mail to relevant authorities in a timely manner.
3. Addressing any issues that may arise from submitted accounts.
4. Taking ownership of the corporate tax payment reminder process, drafting reminders, letters, and emails.
5. Managing tax submissions and repayments, while always monitoring and chasing.
6. Performing general everyday administrative duties for the team.
7. Liaising with HMRC whenever necessary.
