This role is an exciting opportunity in a new development in the Mablethorpe community.
It is all about ensuring the day to day running of the Campus for Future Living is smooth, efficient and delivers to the community
needs. You'll ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all those who visit, encouraging them to return week after week
to engage with the campus and partners who work alongside Acis together.
You'll work closely with a wide range of organisations - helping them to support more people or grow their business through the
Campus
and you'll be passionate about impact. It’s not just about making the books balance, it’s about ensuring the Campus meets the
needs of the local community, provides insight into our health services and improves health outcomes for our coastal communities.
As a Campus Manager, a typical day might include:
* Managing the operational team for the Campus for Future Living, ensuring each day runs smoothly and efficiently whilst also
delivering a great experience and culture for our people, partners and customers
* Working closely with all our key partners on campus, existing and new, ensuring future income and growth through providing
great services and building a positive reputation.
* Ensuring we meet forecasted income targets through the sale of memberships, café sales and wider partnership working.
* Understanding local needs, ensuring we are working with the right partners and delivering the right services to meet our
health, wellbeing and employment outcomes
* Working closely with organisations to ensure the Campus meets their needs and they are on the right membership for
them. You'll be focused on ensuring that membership levels are in line with operational targets and objectives
* Leading the team to ensure that they grow the engagement, partnerships and activity through the Campus. You will be key to
ensuring that this develops, grows and ultimately evolves into an attractive space for our community, members and partners
alike.
* You will work closely with the Campus Business Development Manager and wider Business Development team to feed in what our
community, members and partners would like to see happening on campus. They will also work closely with you to develop future
relationships, funding opportunities, growth ideas and income streams.
Some of the experience/skills we need to consider you:
* You will be passionate about working with communities, growing a new and exciting offer in the local area and developing a
thriving culture within your team to ensure that EVERY person, business or service that interacts with Campus receives the best
experience and leaves wanting to know more, return or shout about how great the offer is
* Confident with IT and systems, making sure that the onsite team are facilitating the bookings for our members and partners.
Whilst using them efficiently and effectively to achieve the best results for all.
* Strong commercial acumen, not only to support the success of the Campus, but you will also drive and support the Cafe team
to deliver a successful operation generating a regular income stream whilst also engaging a variety of people so that it will
be a hive of activity on a daily basis.
* Experience in working with budgets and ensuring your operation works within these parameters and that your team maximises all
interactions.
* Experienced in developing local relationships to enhance and increase the engagement through Campus. You will always have a
focus on bringing new services, members and partners through the door.
* Have a proven track record of delivering against monthly targets and objectives to meet an organisations strategic vision in
your operational area.
What will make you stand out from the crowd:
* Experience of working with the community and a variety of partners to support growth and engagement
* Strong working relationships with local organisations and agencies in the Mablethorpe and Lincolnshire area
* Experience and knowledge of the health, care and / or university sector
* Experience in business startups or development
* You’re a creative thinker and solution focused, working collaboratively with partners to drive community benefit
