We’re seeking a dynamic Amazon Manager to drive growth, optimize performance, and elevate the brand on one of the world’s largest marketplaces.
Marketplace Strategy & Management:
* Oversee day-to-day operations across Amazon Seller, other online retailers, and new marketplaces as they are onboarded.
* Optimize product listings for SEO, conversion, and compliance with platform best practices.
* Monitor marketplace trends and competitor activity to uncover growth and differentiation opportunities.
Product Listings & Content Optimization:
* Create and manage high-quality product listings with compelling imagery, descriptions, and A+ Content (Amazon) or equivalent on other platforms.
* Implement effective SEO strategies to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.
* Collaborate with the creative team and leverage AI-driven technology to maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.
Advertising & Promotional Campaigns:
* Develop and execute marketplace-specific PPC campaigns, promotional offers, and discount strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
* Manage Amazon Advertising (PPC, Sponsored Ads) and explore other paid media opportunities.
* Analyze campaign performance, optimize for ROAS, and refine strategies based on data insights.
Sales & Performance Analysis:
* Track, analyze, and report on sales, conversion rates, and traffic trends across platforms.
* Identify key sales and profitability drivers, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Benchmark performance against competitors to maintain a competitive advantage.
Inventory & Operations Management:
* Collaborate with the supply chain team to manage stock levels across FBA and third-party fulfillment networks.
* Oversee demand planning to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
* Resolve marketplace compliance issues, suppressed listings, and policy violations.
Customer Service & Brand Protection:
* Monitor customer reviews, Q&A sections, and inquiries to protect and enhance brand reputation.
* Manage case resolution with Amazon Seller and other marketplaces.
* Ensure consistent pricing across all platforms.
New Marketplace Development (FY25/26):
* Research and evaluate new online marketplaces to align with the brand's digital sales strategy.
* Support marketplace expansion initiatives, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration.
* Foster relationships with key marketplace and online retailer account managers to leverage promotional opportunities.
