Ensure each new reception staff member goes through an induction and training programme. Monitor staff development and follow the Company appraisal system in conjunction with the Spa Manager. Manage the Reception team, ensuring all treatments and fitness bookings are taken efficiently and accurately, and that all other administrative reception procedures are followed correctly. Generate sales leads through outreach activities and corporate events. Take prospective new members on show-rounds within the Spa and Hotel Facilities. Contribute to the membership budget. Ensure membership packs are completed in a timely manner. Arrange and develop all Spa Events and provide appropriate costings within the department budgets. Complete monthly retention calls. Complete a weekly forecast spreadsheet. Spa Duty Manager - About you: Must have previous Spa Supervisory or Management experience. Treatment background, including NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification, is desirable. Excellent communication skills and customer service required. Keen eye for detail, organisational skills, and confidence in communicating with the team.
