Position: Maintenance Technician

Summary of Position:
The Maintenance Technician performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the internal and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the community meet standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality by performing maintenance-related tasks. Primary responsibilities include inspections, repairs, and general maintenance of apartments and other interior/exterior areas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Resident satisfaction: Facilitate a facilities strategy focusing on preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure exceptional experiences for residents.
2. Income and expenditure management: Improve service and facilities management to ensure clients see an exceptional return on investment.
3. Operational excellence: Spearhead operational excellence across the community.
4. Team Management and Development: Support and champion the development and growth of your team.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
* Demonstrable experience in property management maintenance or equivalent experience.
* Comprehensive understanding of Building Services and general maintenance activities.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Exceptional IT skills including MS Word, Excel & Outlook (training will be provided for our internal database system).
* Efficient and organised with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work well within a team dynamic.
* Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year
