They provide a range of innovative offerings and schemes designed to assist both first-time buyers and existing homeowners in their journey to purchase a new home.\n\nCommitted to sustainability, they position themselves as a supportive partner, offering practical financial assistance alongside a dedication to environmentally friendly practices.\n\nAbout the opportunity:\n\nWe are seeking an individual perform the following:\n\n * Prepare draft budgets and site start budgets for each project assigned to the Quantity Surveyor.\n\n * Generate quarterly valuations and conduct material “cost to complete” assessments for each site under the Quantity Surveyor’s responsibility.\n\n * Process sub-contract payments and final accounts, ensuring they are signed off by the sub-contractor.\n\n * Create sub-contract orders, ensuring they are authorized by the designated representative and include all necessary documentation to comply with Group Commercial Policy.\n\n * Manage cost control and monitor changes effectively.\n\nAbout the benefits and rewards:\n\nThe salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £60k DOE.
In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits.\n\nAbout the requirements:\n\n * HND/HNC Building Studies\n\n * Experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor or Surveyor with a residential house builder\n\n * GCSE Grade C/4+ or equivalent in English and Maths\n\n * Current CSCS card or equivalent is desirable\n\n * Committed to inclusion and diversity\n\n * Ability to work on own as well as part of a team\n\n * Excellent attention to detail and demonstrates ability to meet deadlines\n\n * IT literate and the ability to adapt to new systems
