Job Description:
At Sonos, we aim to create the ultimate listening experience for our customers. We believe that starts with listening to each other. As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with diverse individuals to realize our vision while fostering an inclusive community where everyone feels empowered to excel.
Our Go-To-Market Finance team seeks an experienced FP&A professional to serve as the primary business partner for our EMEA GTM organization. The focus is on leveraging data and analysis to support sustainable profitable growth, balancing regional and company-wide goals for growth and profitability. This role reports to the Director, FP&A for GTM and is offered remotely within England and Scotland.
What You’ll Do
* Support European operations, sales, and marketing teams in evaluating risks, opportunities, contracts, business cases, and initiatives, always seeking ways to enhance revenue, profitability, and efficiency.
* Collaborate with operations and sales teams to develop, validate, and analyze demand forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities for the region to support quarterly earnings processes.
* Manage EMEA’s financial forecast assumptions and review revenue actuals versus forecasts, working with accounting and GTM teams to understand results and anticipate changes.
* Build scalable models to track performance, evaluate business cases, and improve forecast accuracy.
* Assist with ad hoc projects for finance, accounting, operations, and GTM teams, providing financial analysis and guidance.
What You’ll Need
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
* At least 8 years of FP&A experience in a global company
* Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for modeling and analysis
* Full P&L expertise, budget management, and knowledge of US GAAP
* Based in England or Scotland
* Proven ability to generate insights from complex data and communicate effectively to senior management
* Experience managing or mentoring analysts
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Anaplan or similar tools
* Desire for continuous improvement and automation
* High integrity, humility, and a positive attitude
We encourage candidates from underrepresented backgrounds to apply, even if they don’t meet all criteria. Your profile will be reviewed, and we will contact you once there's an update. At Sonos, we take our hiring process seriously and appreciate your patience.
