Responsibilities & accountabilities Meet and greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner on Reception. Ensure strict adherence to Starks Security Policy concerning visitors and contractors: maintain visitor log. Provide proactive, helpful, efficient and courteous support for enquiries and queries on the telephone. Assist H&S /Compliance team members in updating and maintaining all records. Update all STS documents and add/maintain SharePoint. Proactively deal with health and safety matters including contributing to the health and safety committee Maintain and update the Reception manual and key holders list. Assist with arranging social events. Participate in regular training/ learning activities to maintain and develop skills and knowledge. Adhere to all Stark policies, procedures and working practices. Ensure the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by what you do; use work equipment provided safely and cooperate with managers to provide safe systems of work.
