Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry into the CRM system.
2. Prepare and distribute sales reports and performance metrics.
3. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
4. Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation.
5. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
6. Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
7. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
3. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
