This is a varied and busy role, and key to making sure that the marketing and communications team can deliver an exceptional service to the organisation.
As an experienced administrator, you will often be the first point of contact into the team and will be able to develop good working relationships with colleagues, externalsuppliersand stakeholders.You’llalso be tech-savvy, using a variety of platforms and content management systems, and be quick to pick upnew technologyand ways of working.
This is a hybrid post where you will work from home but with travel to our main locations and venues in Berkshire several times a week. You will need to be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, have excellent attention to detail, be super-efficient and have a ‘can do’,friendly approach. You will have the opportunity to support all aspects of the marketing and communications function and if you enjoy being part of a creative, high performing team, then this could be the role for you!
• Provide the marketing and communications senior leadership team with a full range of administration supportincludingmeeting bookings, diary management, conference bookings, travel,and liaising withexternal/internal suppliers
• Be thecentral pointof contact for the communications team, liaising with both internal and external clients, responding promptly and accurately to requests.
• Monitor and manage various inboxes, including the main Marcomms/Digital Marcommsteamsinboxes
• Oversee all purchase orders, making sure products/services are produced and delivered on time, to the correct location, are of expected quality and meet all other order requirements
• Manage the distribution of internal and external communications, as well as campaign materials, across the service and to various locations across Berkshire asrequired.
• Support the team with corporate events, including liaising with suppliers such as audio-visual companies, presenters, catering, venues etc
• Order merchandise, ensuring items meet quality and branding guidelines and ensure merchandise stocks aremonitoredand replenished as needed
• Support the graphic design studio with templated design work e.g., info sheets,PowerPointsandposters

The “must haves” for you to be considered for this role:
• Previoussignificant administration experience, working within a busy office environment, supporting a large team
• Excellent organisational and planningskillswith the ability to multitask and input own ideas
• Outstanding oral and written ability, with sound understanding of grammar
• Strong IT skills, being able to quickly adapt to new systems and use various software packages
