The Trainee Sales Coordinator Role Sales Coordination is a key part of what we do, providing the crucial ‘bridge’ between our customers and our internal purchasing, logistics and external field sales teams. This fast-paced, multi-faceted role will see you providing direct support to (and working closely with) the external salesperson, undertaking sales administration (sales order processing etc.) and dealing directly with inbound customer enquiries and taking orders over the phone. In time, you may also be trained to undertake some proactive/outbound calling activities. This position is wholly office based and focused upon sales support & customer engagement.
