Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 plus uncapped commission and car allowance

ABOUT YOU:
* Experience with project sales, account management, and project management.
* Passionate and energetic with a generative leadership style.

* A strong commercial acumen with a track record of developing relationships with a wide variety of clients.
* Strong track record of success building excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

AREA SALES MANAGER: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* To confidently engage with businesses of all sizes to build commercial relationships.
* Build a live portfolio of customers looking at increasing profit for each.
* To re-activate lapsed customer relationships to increase sales opportunities.
* Working to achieve and exceed all KPIs.
* Working with the internal sales team to maximize opportunities and create growth.
* Be an ambassador of the company, always providing excellent customer service, portraying a professional image throughout every interaction.
* To take ownership for cash flow and profitability of your customers.
* Utilize your internal sales support to assist you in planning site/company visits.
* Carry out site visits to existing and new customers to build rapport.
