Customer Service Advisor - German Speaking
Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for several German Speaking Customer Service Advisors / Support Advisors for their client based in Luton, Bedfordshire who are a marketing leading digital holiday operator.
As a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor, it will be your responsibility to work with customers, primarily those based in the German speaking region, providing excellent customer service via phone, live-chat, and email ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound calls & emails from German speaking customers.
2. Provide exceptional service to customers calling in, both from your market-specific language and from the UK.
3. Solve queries quickly and effectively, ensuring customers' needs are met in the very first interaction.
4. Handle complaints and issues that arise both during holidays and after customers have returned, working closely with both customers and destination partners.
5. Supporting Duty Managers during incidents and emergencies, providing welfare calls in the language spoken by European customers.
Person Specification:
1. Fluent in German.
2. Strong customer focus and professional approach.
3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
5. Good computer skills.
6. Positive 'can do' attitude.
This is a full-time permanent position offering an annual salary of £36,500 - £42,500 + attractive company benefits.
