Rail Sales Key Account Manager
At Dura Composites, we are seeking an experienced Sales Excellence Lead - Railway Sector to drive sales growth and achieve profit targets through a structured sales process for multiple products.
About the Role
This role involves converting leads into qualified opportunities, generating quotes, and creating new opportunities by reaching out to past, current, and potential customers. You will be responsible for meeting individual targets, providing weekly updates, managing leads in CRM, delivering timely quotes, and ensuring timely customer support.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Meet individual targets and provide weekly updates on sales progress
* Manage leads in CRM and deliver timely quotes to customers
* Ensure timely customer support and resolve any issues efficiently
* Built strong relationships with customers and maintain up-to-date information on project leads
* Provide guidance and support to contractors and collaborate with design agencies
* Assist in gathering project marketing materials and utilise resources efficiently
* Support the team and stay open to new products and opportunities
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need 5 years' experience in the Rail Industry sector, relevant technical product sales knowledge, and experience using CRM systems.
You will also possess a clear understanding of the company and departmental vision. A bonus of 20% of basic salary after one year's service and a car allowance make this role highly attractive.
Package Details:
We offer a competitive package including a basic salary range of £57,581-£72,729 per annum, a car allowance of £5,981-£6,729 or £4,785-£5,383 per annum, and a fully expensed mobile phone, laptop & accessories. In addition, we provide 20 days per year plus 8 Bank Holidays, full sick pay scheme, auto-enrolment pension scheme, occupational health and wellbeing programmes & initiatives, and quarterly 1-2-1 welfare & performance reviews.
