Your duties will include:
* Being a hands-on Food and Beverage Manager providing excellent customer service
* Recruiting, training and managing all restaurant staff while leading by example
* Arranging staff rotas according to business needs
* Working together with the kitchen to ensure an excellent food service every time
* Managing stock control, upselling, the guest experience and the operations of the restaurant
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or Supervisor. They must be available to work weekends, public holidays, and both AM and PM shifts. The role requires strong knowledge of bar stock management, staff scheduling (rotas), team leadership, and a solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
