We are seeking a dedicated Key Account Director to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring both strategic and tactical excellence in our service delivery. Job Description As Key Account Director, you will be instrumental in maintaining and nurturing sustainable, successful, and long-term relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring the operational delivery of our services, meeting all contractual obligations, and identifying opportunities for development, growth, and contract retention. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in both Hard FM (Facility Management) and Soft FM services. Additionally, experience working in a Hospital setting is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Drive operational development of IFS/FM solutions across the account Develop and maintain the Account Development Plan involving key stakeholders Develop and propose propositions. Ensure a pipeline of propositions Set up and manage client interactions across the country account with focus on innovation and best practice sharing Manage staffing and competence development of employees. Follow up resource- performance balance Ensure delivery of services in accordance with agreed contract requirements and the assigned OPF/Operational processes Ensure excellence in service delivery Develop and lead the development of delivery of Soft and Hard Services Map and mitigate operational and commercial risks on the contract in relation to the optimisation of profit Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Good experience of PFI Demonstrable experience of delivering Facilities Management services in both Hard and Soft FM (preferably in Healthcare) Experience of running a P&L Experience of managing multiple teams and service streams Good commercial capability Delivering in a complex environment Strong Finance management skills The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
