As a Telesales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, working within a small team to book Sales Appointments for their team of Sales Demonstrators. There will be no cold calling involved, your role will focus on handling inbound calls, turning enquiries into appointments, and conducting outbound calls to promote products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, providing information and assistance regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Work to turn initial customer inquiries into booked appointments for the Sales Demonstrators by asking the right questions and identifying customer needs.
Proactively call potential clients and existing customers to promote products, services, and special offers, turning these interactions into appointments for the sales team.
