Do you love forests, enjoy sharing this passion with others, and want to make a real impact? At Diverse Forests, we believe in creating productive woodlands that benefit both people and nature, and we’re looking for a dedicated person to deliver 5 star guest experiences at our new woodland.
About Us
We are Diverse Forests, a startup whose mission is the creation of productive woodlands in the UK for people and nature by using the power of continuous cover forestry.
To deliver on our mission we’re both planting new woodlands and transforming existing forests to continuous cover. Currently we have four projects in Scotland.
Loskin Wood, Sandbank
We are about to start building our first guest experience site by Sandbank in Argyll. It includes the planting of a woodland and constructing five high-quality eco-conscious cabins nestled within the new trees.
The accommodation will play an important role in our strategy, helping us to spread awareness of continuous cover forestry and to deliver income to fuel the creation of more.
5 Star Experiences
We’re focussed on delivering 5 star guest stays and we believe the best way to achieve this is to deliver remarkable experiences.
The woodland experiences we’ll deliver are about helping guests to reconnect with forests by sharing the story of planting and establishing Loskin Wood for people and nature through tours and hands-on activities.
